TERMS OF SERVICE
When commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms and conditions provided here.
If the terms are violated then I have every right to revoke a commission and present a warning.★ The terms contained herein may be changed at any time without notice, but will not be retroactively effective.★ By contacting bunnyptic for work, the commissioner or customer agrees to all terms contained here and is aware of any consequences if violated.★ The parties henceforth shall be referred to as you/your/yours (the commissioner or customer) and me/my/mine (the artist, bunnyptic)★ When a client contacts me for work, they agree that my TOS supersedes any TOS the client might have.PAYMENT & REFUNDS
1.1: The payment method currently accepted is paypal.
1.2: Once the commission has been agreed upon my Paypal address will be sent to you privately for you to send payment.
1.3: Payment must be received before the commission is started.
1.4: I will not accept payment plans and/or negotiations on prices or how the payment is given.
1.5: I reserve the right to decline commissions with or without reason.
1.6: If a commission is cancelled, 100% of payment will be refunded unless the commission is started. In which case, you will receive a partial refund based on prices.
1.7: Refunds may only be requested by the customer after two months after the payment has been cleared. Any time before this needs a valid reason and proof as to why they would like a refund other than impatience.COMMUNICATION
2.1: All communication for commissions is to be through the methods provided.
2.2: I will only communicate with the buyer of the commission.
2.3: Customers will not be personally notified of delays. (This is only if delays are longer than thirty days and become a prolonging problem.)
2.4: Rude or abusive behaviour will result in the commission being revoked without refund and no further business will be accepted with said customer.
2.5: If you wish to inquire about a commission’s progress please wait 7 days after the payment has cleared. Any more than this may be considered rude behaviour.
2.6: Commissions will take any time between one day and four weeks on average if there is no deadline. Keep in mind that sometimes I get a drawing rush, and sometimes I block for a few to many days.
2.7: If there is a deadline to be reached, you must let me know in advance. I will not work with a deadline shorter than a month in advance.SUBJECT MATTER
3.1: I will not work from description. Images of what you would like to commission are necessary and must be clear to reference. For example, I will not accept scattered images of items such as clothing and/or accessories.
3.2: If the commissioner would like me to design anything in any way then I have all right to charge extra.
3.3: There will be extra charges for NSFW. This includes sexual content and extreme gore.
3.4: I will not draw any heavy fetish art.
3.5: Please consider that I have strengths and weaknesses in what I can draw. There shouldn’t be any problem with most animals but I am not strong at aviary, reptiles and humans. It takes a lot of time for me. This doesn’t mean they are off-limits; it just means commissions including any one of these things may take longer; although, I will not draw any details humans, and all will be done cartoon style. There will be extra charge for such.
3.6: In cases where the commission is on an intimate subject and uses characters owned by a third party, the third party will have to contact me stating that it’s ok for their character to be used in such a way, or have a proof provided of their approval.COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS
4.1: I retains all rights to the artwork produced, even if the characters in the image belong to another party. This includes rights for prints and advertising. The artwork won’t be used for commercial work without permission given by the character’s owners, but it will most probably be used as an advertisement of the artist’s services.
4.2: You may not edit, sell prints of, or claim credit of the artwork for advertising without explicit permission. If you are the commissioner you may redistribute the artwork produced provided credit is given to me and it is sourced back to me.
4.3: You may also use the artwork for any personal things such as wallpapers, icons, etc. If publicly used, please give credit and provide the source.
4.4: Rejected sketches from your commission may be recycled for later use.
4.5: Do not to sell my designs. Even if the character as art that comes with it, may it be my art, yours or someone else, you still cannot sell it. Trading is entirely fine, as long as proper credits is still given. If you edited the design; As long as the design is still recognizable, you have to credit me. Failing to answer to this rule will forbid you from getting designs from me.OTHER
5.1: Commissioners must be 16 years or older when ordering commissions that include mild gore. If there is any doubt in your age, a request for an ID will be made, where you can cover the information except for your age. For any sexual commissions, a proof of being 18 years old or older must be provided with the commission request.
5.2: No refunds or re-draws will be given once the commission is completed.
5.3: Commissioners will not receive the PSD file of the artwork, only the finished PNG (unless said commission requires for me to do so).
5.4: Only minor edits can be done once the commission is done. But keep in mind that I don't always keep a file ready to edit; if I say I cannot edit, please do not ask further.

DESIGN T.O.S.- Do not, in any circumstances, resell my designs. You are free to trade or gift them away! The new owner must follow the same rules.
- Feel free to edit my design as you wish; but if it is recognizable from the original, you must credit me.
- Do not breed my designs for adoption purposes. You're free to breed it for story purposes though, but keep the designs together.
- Do not trade or gift a design of mine to anyone on my blacklist.And if you ever feel like trading it away, feel free to message me! Sometimes I like getting some of my designs back. :>IF YOU BREAK ANY OF THESE RULES, I WILL RECLAIM THE DESIGN AUTOMATICALLY AND YOU WILL BE PUT ON THE BLACKLIST.
